Aculae builds custom computer vision datasets and on demand detection models for teams that need to find specific objects in complex imagery.

Our work is focused on practical perception problems where off-the-shelf datasets are too broad, too shallow, or simply do not contain the target objects that matter. We help define the target, generate or source training examples, build semi-synthetic data pipelines when useful, and train models tuned to the operating environment.

We are especially interested in overhead and stand-off imagery, where objects are small, context matters, and the difference between a useful detector and a noisy demo often comes down to the quality and specificity of the dataset.
